How do I activate my microphone in Sanako Anywhere?

When you first access Sanako Anywhere, you are prompted to allow the application to use the microphone.

If this is not allowed when prompted, you will find that recording is not possible.

To change this setting, click the camera icon in the right hand side of the address bar as shown.

In the menu which appears, you can then allow microphone access and as shown below and you need to ensure that you always allow the microphone and check that the settings are correct.
