Activate or restore licences

If you encounter an error message regarding licences on launching the software, please try the following:

  • Run the Licenses application from the Windows Start menu
  • If your licence is not listed, click Restore Licenses
  • If you still do not see your licences listed, click Activate New
  • Enter your licence token when prompted
