Troubleshooting - Sanako Anywhere



Why am I struggling to log-in?


Please make sure that you are using the Google Chrome browser to access Sanako Anywhere.

Other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox and Safari do not currently support the web application.







How can I force Sanako Anywhere Live to open in Google Chrome automatically?


  1. Right click on the desktop and select the New – Shortcut option
  2. For the location value enter the following “C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” -url https:\recorder.sanako.com
  3. Click NEXT and name the shortcut Sanako Anywhere.
